Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Damage or Lost Orders
Patchwork Fields is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If tracking says delivered and cannot be found please contact the shipping carrier. Patchwork Fields offers Shipping Insurance on your orders, click here to learn more.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
PatchworK Fields is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We offer international shipping to a select group of counties in Europe & also Canada.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Patchwork Fields is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
