How Preorders Work

PREORDERS: A SIMPLE GUIDE

Unless noted preorder items are not ready to ship.

Closing dates are listed on the product pages on our website or on the sale posts in our group. This is the date that TAT will be based on, not the date you place your order. If you would like to purchase a product after the closing date please comment in our group and ask if it is still available. I will let you know if it is available to order. These orders can be placed in the comments along with your email for a manual invoice. TAT will be the same length as originally listed, but will begin from Sunday after you pay in full.
Shipping on preorders is sent in a second invoice based on exact weight and postal zone once the product arrives to us.

Shipping will show as $0 at the time of purchase. Please allow 1-3 business days for shipping once your shipping invoice is paid. We ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Please do not send messages about ETAs on your order. All product arrivals and shipping time frames can be located on our shipping post in our wholesale Facebook group. You have 7 days to pay for shipping before the invoice is cancelled and the cost of your purchase is refunded minus handling and restocking fees. Restocking Fees are 50% of product cost.
Returns will not be accepted for sizing errors since we are not able to assist with measuring. Size charts and real life photos are provided. When ordering shoes add 2-3cm to your foot length to find the correct fit.

All order issues must be reported within 5 calendar days of receipt of goods via email to info@patchworkfieldscom. This includes missing or incorrect items.

Returns and refunds will only be accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for shipping cost to return items. Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged goods.

All returns must be delivered to the post office with 48 hours of an approved return. Product must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any issues (ie. Removed tags, pet hair, perfume, makeup stains, etc). If we receive a return that is unsellable
or not shipped out in a timely manner we will not refund and instead send you an invoice to have the goods returned back to you.
